以玉米淀粉为原料,利用醚化反应制备二溴丙基淀粉,进一步采用醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为接枝单体,利用接枝共聚技术制备醚化-接枝淀粉(EGS)浆料,探讨了EGS通过置换酸解淀粉(ATS)对酸解淀粉/聚乙烯醇(ATS/PVA)共混浆料性能的影响,明确了EGS共混比对EGS/ATS/PVA共混浆料性能的影响规律。结果表明,利用EGS置换ATS,可提升ATS/PVA对棉和涤纶纤维的黏附性能及黏度热稳定性,降低其表观黏度与表面张力。随着EGS共混比增加,共混浆料黏附性能逐渐增强,表观黏度及表面张力降低。EGS/ATS/PVA黏度热稳定性均大于91%,有利于上浆过程中上浆率稳定,并提升织造效率。
Abstract:Dibromopropyl starch was prepared using corn starch as a raw material through an etherification reaction,which was further grafted with vinyl acetate( VAc) as grafting monomer to prepare etherified-grafted starch( EGS) size. The influence of EGS on the paste properties of ATS/PVA blended size by replacing ATS was investigated,and the influence of the blending ratio of EGS on the paste properties of EGS/ATS/PVA blended size was clarified. The results showed that using EGS to replace ATS could improve the adhesion and viscosity stability of ATS/PVA to cotton and polyester fibers,while reducing the apparent viscosity and surface tension. As the blending ratio of EGS increased,the adhesion of the blended paste was gradually improved,while the apparent viscosity and surface tension decreased. The viscosity stability of EGS/ATS/PVA was above 91%,which was beneficial for stabilizing the size pick-up during the sizing process and improving the weaving efficiency.
